The Summer Mix
Whether you’re poolside 👙 or sunning on the beach 🏖, everyone loves The Summer☀️ and the upbeat jams that it brings. Each year I put together my favorite songs in a mix across genres, from that one pop song that reminds you of the ‘Best Summer Ever!’ to some of my personal favorite jams you may have never heard.

The longest Summer Mix yet! Having two kids does seem to delay finishing this a bit more every year, and though Fall is creeping in, there’s still time to celebrate The Summer of 2018. Hope you recognize your favorites and find some new ones. Enjoy!
There’s something about the day after Labor Day that solidifies the Summer as a whole. The last hot days are a reminder of the fun times that only the summer can offer. This year was no different and I hope these songs bring you back to The Summer of 2017.
This is now my 5th annual Summer Mix and it does seem to come later and later each year (I blame having a toddler). Each year I have moved between various mixing technologies, each more complex than the last. I am now in love with Ableton.
Here we go, my 4th yearly Summer Mix! Amazing to see how much the music landscape has changed in one short year. The launch of Apple Music and the rise of Soundcloud has been simply amazing. Three songs are available for a free stream on Soundcloud, with free downloads, but aren’t on Spotify, iTunes Store, or Apple Music. Long tail can be tricky to migrate to new services.
Summer 2014 is upon us! 3rd Year doing these mixes and deejay on the iPad just gets better every year. Hope you like it.

For the last 4 or 5 years I have been making a mix of music I listened to throughout that particular Summer. This is the first year I’m using actual software (deejay on the iPad) to make it a bit more professional. My first time sharing one so be gentle with me! 😂
