
Step One: Whole wheat bread.
Step Two: Cheese
Step Three: More Cheese
Step Four: Cured meats. I love salami, sopresseta, and coppa.
Step Five: Toast it. 350 degrees minimum of 10 minutes.
Step Six: Add mayo and mustard.
Step Seven: Greens. I like a bit of arugula mixed with spinach.
Step Eight: Fried Egg…yes, right in the middle of the sando.
Cut it in half and dominate!
