Jason Purdy is a mobile technology enthusiast and avid Arsenal fan. From a young age, Jason always knew that he wanted to build mobile applications. After majoring in Computer Science at the University of California at Santa Barbara, Jason joined Digital Chocolate, one of the largest mobile game publishers in the world.
Next, Jason helped to start 3jam, a reply-to-all text messaging service, where he built the mobile website and applications including J2ME, Brew and later iOS. 3jam was acquired by Microsoft.
Jason is now the Program Manager at the Associated Press for all mobile initiatives including iCircular and the acclaimed news app, AP Mobile. More details at GetAPMobile.com
